We analysed the structural fire performance of five existing tunnels, to help Rijkswaterstaat decide on a safe and cost-effective renovation strategy.

Through advanced 3D structural fire analysis, we showed that the existing concrete floors of the historic Belgian National Bank building already had substantial fire resistance. As a result, the scope of passive fire protection could be significantly optimized.
Sanacon (BE)
We assessed fire-induced damage to an existing concrete structure. Structural fire simulations helped quantify crack development and optimize the repair approach for a safe and durable outcome.
